It was a remarkable ending and beginning for Bright Side Projects in 2024 to 2025; with our afterschool care program “Likat” in Taitung that also supports local indigenous women, we began advance monthly planning of plant-based meal for the children’s weekday dinners that was combined with our regular in combination with our regular influx of creative education workshops.

in November we ramped up our donation drive in anticipation of year end activities and were able to provide plant-based food staples for 25 indigenous families in ChingChuan and Taitung. This totaled 70 kg of organic rice and 325 food items. As our February statistics are not back yet, our current numbers running from November through February has us serving approximately 380 portions of meals to two indigenous communities. We are excited to see what awaits for us this spring and our next update.

We couldn’t have done any of this without your support!
