Thank you for your continuous support so we can continue to provide plant-based meals to our kids!
The only thing we enjoy more than cooking or providing meals for our youth is including them in the process and cook alongside them, also creating delicious little desserts that they can enjoy on-site or take home to share with friends and family! The past few months we have headed to our two mainstay locations in Taitung and ChingChuan, hosting Japanese themed strawberry daifuku (mochi) workshops paired with a savory and nutritious Japanese-styled vegetable curry lunches. With the sponorship of Omnipork plant-based meat, Ooh Cha Cha generously created vegan pork cutlets to top the curry rice.
We are continuing to pick up our rapid pace from COVID which shut down meal sharing and gearing up for two amazing camps in July and August. In just a matter of days, we will be taking kids out to Yilan for an overnight surf camp that hits on themes of ocean conservation through beach clean ups, skateboarding, bodyboarding, and surfing. In August we have our first three day summer camp in Wulai in which we will take kids on a trip around the world via creation of the local cuisine. Each day plant-based meals will be freshly cooked and served to approximately 40-60 kids and Bright Side Projects looks forward to this challenge!
Do continue to support us or join our workshops - looking forward to seeing you soon!
