As 2019 draws to a close, we are celebrating our 20th year of helping children and their families in hundreds of under-served villages in India and Nepal, to break the cycle of poverty and reach their full potential.
Because of your support, our project “Plant Kitchen Gardens for Families in Need in India” is growing strong!
The seeds we distributed last spring have grown into nourishing vegetables, fruits, and grains that will provide nourishment throughout the winter. Through ongoing training, we taught gardeners to make and use natural fertilizers and pesticides to ensure the gardens were as healthful and bountiful as possible. In addition, we are educating more families in need about the benefits of organic kitchen gardens to help reduce malnutrition.
Help us head into 2020 ready to provide training, non-GMO seeds, and ongoing support to villagers to fight malnutrition and ensure long-term sustainability. Together, we are supporting and empowering villagers with sustainable skills to nourish themselves and their families, and it’s your generosity that makes this work possible. Thank you for joining us on our journey and supporting compassionate action!
