Philanthropy for Equitable Justice and Peace

Tewa has been conducting Haat Bazaar since 2014. Tewa have been doing various Haat Bazaar as possible. Strongly Tewa adopted it when the Covid- 19 affected to all of us. Tewa frequently organizes it, if some company contribute their in-kind donation and the products as well as stock clearance goods. Tewa uses its premises which turned out to be a best place for this event where community people, grantee partners and well-wishers easily access.

This is the first time Tewa had a collaboration with Nepal Can Move. That has made the experience for both the parties fruitful. In-kind goods supported including different clothes including winter cloths - t-shirts, jackets, pants, trousers, shoes and exercise accessories. The whole environment during preparation of Haat Bazaar was very interesting and busy too. Our community people, volunteers, grantee partners, Tewa family also participated. We had made phone calls and placed the information board and informed to Tewa volunteers, community people requesting for their kind participation and support to Tewa. On the event day community people and volunteers seen busy purchasing goods in a cheapest price in the photo above.

With the immense support from Nepal Can Move, Tewa is pleased to inform that we became able to raise total Rs. 108,550.00 (USD 835) from two Haat Bazaar events. We cleared all goods received by Nepal Can Move. We organized Haat Bazaar two times to sale all the received goods.
