Thank you—we can’t say it enough! Because of your generosity, people struggling after the recent earthquake in the Piura region of Peru were able to receive immediate help and longer-term support.
The Peru Earthquake Relief Fund powered one grant to a high-impact and community-led nonprofit: Peru Champs. In the aftermath of the earthquake, Peru Champs quickly identified and provided support to three children and their families within the impacted region. Their holistic response reflects the organization’s strong record of engaging with communities through its education and counseling support programs.
Your support of the GlobalGiving Peru Earthquake Relief Fund is advancing community-led recovery, and it means families received critical resources to help their community recover.
