Dear donors,
We are very happy to be able to share with you the progress of this beautiful project!
After the inauguration of the first completed stage of the outdoor patio, we have started with the second stage of this project, which consists of the refurbishment and improvement of the multipurpose hall in the visitors' area.
For this new stage, all 4 wards of unit 46 of San Martin will be involved in the activities.
So far, progress has been made in preparing the wall surfaces so that they can be painted: they have been sanded and fixative has been applied to all surfaces. In addition, the first coat of paint has been applied to some of the walls.
In the following days, we will be finishing the painting of the walls and we will start the work on the bathrooms.
An electrical course has been provided, whereby the women will be able to perform the necessary tasks in the facilities, like the electrical installation of the kitchen.
We hope you enjoy as much as we do the photos that show how the space is being transformed.
Please keep on supporting this project.
Cheers!
