We are happy to let you know that Sri Sathya Sai Sanjeevani Child Heart Centres in India which is run by Sri Sathya Sai health & Education Trust has completed 11 years of selfless service and given new life to 28,000 children with congenital heart disease from across India and 17 developing countries from Asia and African continetn- All Totally Free. This has been possible only because of support from donors like you who give us energy to serve the needy.
While this means a new productive life to 28000 children , it also means new life to these 28000 families who otherwise would have lived a life of debt and poverty for treatinig their child in a private hospital where it costs over USD 3000 to USD 5000.
At Sai Sanjeevani, we dont have any billing counter and all services are provided totally free to all. This breaks the cycle of commercialisation of healthcare and brings dimension of compassionate healing which is the need of hour.
While we are happy that 28,000 children have been treated, we have over 3000 children in our waiting list and 100 getting added every day. We will be grateful if we continue to get support from you. To support a child heart surgery it costs USD 2000 at Sai Sanjeevani Hospital.
