Dear friend,
Thank you for supporting the Palliative care program for children with cancer in Ukraine!
Thanks to your support, incredible things are happening. When Russia invaded Ukraine, it became more challenging to help Ukrainian children with cancer. But the foundation team resists all difficulties to save the children’s lives and make it easier.
Today we share with you the story of Vadim. Vadim is already an adult boy, but due to prolonged cancer, he cannot move independently. His family decided to evacuate from Ukraine to Poland.
For their path to becoming possible, Vadim needed a supply of anticonvulsants. It was you and such philanthropists like you who paid for the medicines Vadim needed.
Vadim and his little sister needed the supervision of two parents. For Vadim's stepfather to leave Ukraine and accompany his family, the fund's team applied personally to the Minister of Health of Ukraine. And he permitted Vadim's family to go in full force!
In Poland, Vadim and his family were met by the President of the Association of the Lublin Children's Hospice "Little Prince." Now the family is safe, and Vadim is receiving the necessary treatment.
This all became possible only with your help, sincerely thank you!
