Disaster Aid USA Initially sent a assessment team to work with local Rotarians. After 10 days of touring numerous affected communities a report was written and disbursed to other international partners of the needs. USA Canada and the UK combined their efforts to provide long term housing supervised and vetted bu the local Rotary district (who we have worked with many time in the past). Each family chosen would get a a hard shell temporary house with intermediate to long term use as their community rebuilt. We also sent donations to a schools in one of the affected area. The school master was integral in our previous operation in Pakistan as a trusted community leader. His school took a direct hit with the floods. We provided a water filtration system to his rebuild project. Thanks to all our donors who help through GlobalGiving and other donation methods. please continue to check in as we deployed to a disaster somewhere year-round.
