his year, we are thrilled to support 104 adolescents in 10th and 11th grade through partnerships with the public educational institutions San Benito and El Salvador. Through this collaboration, we can reach more young people in need of vocational guidance, helping them identify their interests, skills, and attitudes.
Our goal is to encourage them to build their life projects, both educationally and professionally, by providing key tools for making informed decisions about their future. We strongly believe in the importance of accompanying them in this process, creating spaces for reflection and exploration that allow them to discover their vocation and develop their talents.
This initiative not only drives their personal and professional growth but also strengthens their self-esteem and confidence in their ability to achieve their goals. We will continue working with dedication to expand these opportunities and create a positive impact on their lives.
