Dear Asherah Foundation Supporters,
Thank you! Together we have raised NEARLY $10,000 for Thalia, Sahra, and Noura. This will be our final project update as we now shift our focus to helping women who are seeking an education in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Your support of this project has helped Thalia*, Noura*, and Sahra* fulfill their dreams. Thalia* , from Burundi, has been a victim of the Tutsi and Hutsus civil war, her survival's price being her left leg; Noura* is a Yemeni women who confronted the war and now serves the community through education programs, and Sahra*, from Uganda dreams to empower women to become self-reliant, teaching them how to run their own businesses (* for privacy purposes, their names have been changed).
