Hello Family,
We hope that you're doing well, and that this update excites you just as much as it excites us.
First, how are you? Have you done a Mental Health check on yourself lately? If you haven't, stop what you're doing right now, close your eyes, relax your shoulders, take a deep breath in your nose and blow it out your mouth. Then, before you open your eyes, ask yourself "are you okay?" And wait for the answer, be honest with yourself and accept what ever answer you come up with. If you're not okay, then do something about it. If you are okay, then check on someone's else.
This technique is something we do with the youth we serve and guess what??? WE DID IT!!! We finalized a space to transform as our healing space for the youth we serve to practice these kinds of techniques that are proven to increase mental stability. Thank you for helping us, we truly do appreciate it. We still have a lot to do and we still need help.
