Hello from Kisumu Kenya. We are great and normalcy is coming back. Corona viruses was too common and contagious by last year 2021.
I want to thank all our partners and friends for partnering with us in ensuring that the plight of our people is taken care of. The Corona pandemic left our people without jobs, without food to eat but GLOBAL GIVING came calling. We thank Global for Donating US$10000.
JWF has a full program of giving out food to the victims in the Nyalenda Slums. This money did help us a lot in mitigating the effects of Corona virus. We provided food to over 500 families ,uniforms to over 500 children and protective equipment to several people within Nyalenda community.
According to the government statistic that was released one week ago.....the percentage of infection rate is slowly rising again and it has hit 15 percent.we hope it won't continue surging to the extent that it will affect our people. We want to continue helping our people and we still believe that with your support....things will continue to happen.
