Aidah's house is crumbling. The roof leaks and has completely caved in on one side.
She, her frail, aging husband, and their five-year-old grandson now sleep in the smokeless kitchen YOU built for them because their house is no longer safe.
At 68 years old, Aidah is aging and unwell herself but she is the strongest of her family. Her husband and their grandson rely on her to care for them. She has only a small plot of land that can't grow enough food to feed them all, let alone to sell at the market.
Can you imagine the relief she felt when her Granny Group voted to use some of the funds YOU gave them to build her a new home this year?
She and her family will be sleeping in a new, safe house this year because of YOU!
