We keep reaching the communities that are most needed in the Sierra Wixárika, but, as inequality and poverty rises, the battle against hunger keeps getting tougher and tougher. Even in the most extreme conditions the ONI team have never ceased to arrive to the communities that we support. During the time since our last report we managed to arrive now to another community, called Huejuquilla el Alto, which is also a community habitated by the Indigenous Wixárika. In this new community we bring our complete nutritional interaction, and we alredy started to see the impact on the children that form part of our project.
We delivered to over 1,000 boys and girls the right amount of ONIformule, which helps them to grow amd develop in a healthy way. We keep fighting anemia in the region, alimentary insecurity, malnourishment and malnutrition. And we will keep arriving where is most needed.
