In recent months, ÁNIMA has experienced exciting developments. The FINEST program’s first generation successfully completed their cycle, with 40 students graduating and becoming high school graduates. We celebrated this achievement with a graduation ceremony attended by families and stakeholders.
The second generation of the FINEST program has now begun, with 50 new students starting their studies in technology. These young people will complete their formal high school education while deepening their knowledge in web development.
Our ÁNIMA graduates are now leading the E-Sports Club, a space designed and managed by young people to learn through play and develop key skills such as organization, communication, teamwork, and leadership.
As our senior students prepare to graduate, we’ve invited experts and professionals from various fields to give talks, helping guide students from both the administration and technology classes in their vocational search. We continue to build bridges between the world of education and the workforce!
Additionally, we hosted the Second Dual Training Network in Uruguay alongside government organizations. This network aims to strengthen and expand dual training in our country, and it included participation from stakeholders and politicians.
Lastly, we are in the midst of our Pre ÁNIMA recruitment, where we invite young people to join our program for 2025. Upcoming workshops and interviews with families will be held, followed by a lottery to form the next generation of students.
