Helping rural children become literate - report!

Ncinci Ones Montessori Ends 2019 on a High!

Ncinci Ones Montessori ended 2019 on a good academic high, with 11 of our children graduating and going onto Grade 1 with all the necessary skills and experiences to ensure a smooth transition and further educational success.

Graduation is a big event in our rural areas and it is really wonderful the observe the pride beaming from the mamas and family members of the children graduating :-) Part of the Graduation that is also very important is the food and our 220 guests enjoyed a meat braai with salads and rolls. Graduation 2019 was a lovely event and will not be forgotten easily.

Ncinci Ones Montessori will be welcoming 12 newbies to our environment this term, taking us up to 30 rural children. We will bringing 2 newbies in each week.

We are all looking forward to the literacy development journey of the Ncinci Ones in 2020!
