A total of 160 PCS have been supported in last 3 months period.800 people have been benefitted directly and indirectly .People are being more aware about pollution so demand of PCS has been increased. In rural area people are more benefitted as they are rely on fuel wood.

Similarly, MRC Nepal imparted 1 day training on minimizing indoor pollution in 3 slots in Chitwan district where 120 women participated in the training. The main objective was to increased awareness of family members. If women are educated family also educated. Children are closer with mother so it’s the matter of children health.

Program monitoring
Monitoring is a regular phenomenon. MRC Nepal conducted monitoring of PCS as usual process. Cold season is just started so people use more in cold season. In hot season its use is comparatively low. People have preferred electric stove one which is easy to operate and minimize the time as well. The trend of using gas stove is being increased and women feel comfort.
