Mental Health Awareness to 500 Youth in Rwanda

By Aime Sibomana | Project Evaluation and Monitoring

After the Covid-19 pandemic hit in 2020, many young people were desperate and worried about their future. Many people lost their jobs, and businesses as effects of the pandemic. This project is still aiming therefore to reach out to 500 young people including men and women in the age range of 15 - 24 years old talking with them about mental health and how to overcome the challenges brought by the pandemic.

The project is yet to be implemented because of the limitations of funds. We are therefore encouraging all donors and others to contribute to supporting these young people.

Our team is ready to start as soon as we can get enough funds and we planned to cooperate with local authorities in selecting beneficiaries of the project based on who are in need most.
