Hello dear GG team,
Our children in the Margarity Orphanage in Dukku, Nigeria grow very quickly. They change and learn new abilities in paralel with their school duties. Our girls help in the kitchen to prepare food and wash the clothes of everybody. Our boys deal with the old fashion iron with coal very well and there is a real engeneer among them. This is Ali, who is only 10, but he is able to fix the broken radio without any help.
Last week our little girls had a knitting lessons, their small hands seems to learn quickly and they enjoy learning something new and very usefull, with all those colorful strings...
Sometimes we have a fiesta time. Our children dress their best clothes and have guiests, our voluntaries, who go to visit them and share experience, stories, play games and teach them how to do everything necesary in life. After a nice meal they have sweets, a real treasure for the children in this place of the world.
