Last week we at The Marc Bolan School of Music and Film learnt that one of our students, Ibrahim Bangura, has won a scholarship to study at University in Toronto, Canada, starting mid October 2022! He will be studying Audio Sceince Engineering for three years for his degree. Ibrahim has said that when he returns to Sierra Leone he will invest his knowledge and skills into the hard-working students of the country, into the Marc Bolan School and further afield into national and international projects. His songs and videos are already very popular in Sierra Leone (under the name 'Noble Son') and we are incredibly happy and proud of him. Help us help more young people achieve these international heights and gain recognition and respect from around the world. Talent and empowerment, these are the attributes we nurtue at our school, in our students! Please help us to build our school by donating to our project.
As well as the above we attach a documentary trailer video which presents the vision, ambition and needs of the Marc Bolan School - it's moving and it's beautiful. Please watch!
