Most people, survivors or perpetrators are now aware of the relevant legislations regarding sexual violence. Knowledge can make a survivor respond better and take action whilst a perpetrator might refrain from indulging in the crime. Therefore, it is important to know the laws in every country.
We had a team of volunteers compile legal explainers for laws against sexual violence in several countries including Kenya. Please click on the link below to orient and update yourself with the regulations.
Please also pass on this knowledge to someone who might benefit from it. If you would like to know more about our work or get more involved please do reach out directly.
