Spring 2024 Malawi Refurb Wells Interim Report

During the period BridgIT Water Foundation was able to raise funding on GlobalGiving to refurbish the broken water well at Chisoti Primary School in rural Malawi. Water at the school helps the students in many ways, not least of all because they recover the time previously spent collecting water from distant surface sources. This time is now spent studying and learning in class, or playing outdoors during breaks. In addition, this well supplies water to the Chisoti Village, improving the lives of the people in this community. Altogether, 1,320 people benefit from this well refurbishment project.

These people that you, our generous supporters, for your philanthropy which allows BridgIT to repair these broken wells.

June 30 marks the End of Fiscal Year (EOFY) in Australia. Fundraising prior to this date is important to BridgIT Water Foundation because it allows us to conclude the fiscal year with a bang, and it allows us to plan for the rest of 2024.
