Nutritious lunch for 1,367 Ugandan school children

Dear Donors and supporters,

Thanks to your generous support, Tender Grassroots continues to run the lunch program at Entebbe Primary School in Wakiso, Uganda. Presently, the school is operating at full capacity with 1376 students.  They have just ended the first term and we have been informed that for the first time ever no child has dropped out of school.

Tender Grassroots is committed to improving the health and well-being of the communities we serve, and the nutritional program is an important part of our efforts.

Over the past 3 years, we have made significant strides in expanding our program and increasing its impact. We continue to provide healthy meals to students, and we have also worked with the community leaders to identify the most vulnerable members in the community, focusing on orphans and these from single parent homes.

Our program has been receiving positive feedback from the community, with many individuals reporting improvements in their overall health and well-being as a result of our efforts.

Looking ahead, with your continued support Tender Grassroots will continue to improve and expand our nutritional program. We plan to explore new partnerships and outreach opportunities, as well as to conduct ongoing evaluations to ensure that our program is having the maximum possible impact.
