Urgent Medical Surgeries 4 Sri Lanka Children

Dear Donor,

Its since 3 months ago, we started raising funds for our project "Restore Hope.... When you help, they heal"

We have collected LKR 4.5 million approx. (USD 22,500 approx.) so far for this project mainly from GlobalGiving, local corporates, Sri Lankan diaspora, and local community.

Although the urgently needed orthopedic equipment by the Orthopedic Unit of the Premier National Children's Hospital cost LKR 50 million (USD 250,000 approx.), we have decided to purchase it in stages and currently proceed to purchase such equipment from the donations we've received so far. We are yet at the initial stages in the process of our first purchase.

We thank you immensely for your kind donation, Your donation will help support those children from low socio-income families, who are financially challenged to support rectify their orthopedic deformities and disabilities. Your generosity will one day provide a future to those children to lead a normal life.

We will keep you informed once we purchase and donate the equipment to the Orthopedic Unit of the national premier children's hospital. 

We also hope to run a campaign, locally soon, in Sri Lanka, in order to raise at least part of the funds adding upto the total requirement.
