Rolling blackouts still persist in South Africa and the 2024 class needs these lights to continue studying during the rolling blackouts. Learners from Tsomo High School and Mangelengele High School in the Eastern Cape province were the latest recipients of solar powered rechargeable lights. The learners, teachers and school leadership have expressed gratitude as they believe that the lights will enable their evening classes and study sessions to continue without load shedding disruptions and they are positive that this will contribute to good results.
HOPE Africa through the generous contributions of its partners will continue to provide lights to matriculants in 2024. We once again thank everyone who continues to help us contribute to this great cause. God Bless.
