We provide undeserved youth with life skills training to help them get a head in life. One such program is our LifeTech: Leadership Program which provides youth with CompTia training and certification that qualifies youth to get high paying technology jobs immediately after graduating high school. This program provides technology job certification directly within non-traditional high school setting so that students receive training during their regular classroom time.
Many youth live in poverty and have little to no access to programs that help them with basic life skills. We help youth learn important social skills to help them improve their communication skills, job skills and have experiences that bring them up close and personal to see the world as their classroom.
This program is one of many of our programs and it helps to begin to solve the problem of youth having no real goals to make decent money after high school. This program helps youth to gain very good job skills while in high school and once they graduate from high school they have been trained in technology job skills to help them succeed in the workplace, as they'll have valuable job skills to earn decent money.
Long term impact is help youth get out of the cycle of poverty and welfare. Youth begin to look for jobs rather than have goals of having children and going on welfare. We want students who go through our programs to see their value in working and having sustaining, well paying jobs in technology.
