Our Learning Lions family wishes you a Holiday Season full of peace, love, and joy to you, your family and friends and a wonderful and prosperous 2020! May all the sweet magic of the season gladden your heart and fill your every wish.
We are very blessed and grateful for your support. It is because of supporters like you that we are able to keep our project going. As you may know, in 2020 we are excited open our new ICT Center so we can extend our program to even more talented young adults.
Additionally to our new ICT campus and new students we are also looking forward to welcome volunteers from all over the world that are eager to share their knowledge and time with us from remote or locally here in Turkana. If you are interested in being one of them, do not hesitate to contact us.

This month we celebrated the graduation of another 30 young, motivated students from the Basic Training which was enabled by generous donations. Out of 300 applicants, we were only able to give 30 a chance to participate in this life changing training. As sad as it is to reject this many hopeful and most probably very talented young Kenyans, we are looking with a positive mind in the future. With each donation we are getting closer to our dream to build our very first own campus at Lake Turkana, which will have the capacity host up to 500 students at once!
