Update on KIWL Go-Go Run

KIWL reports there are currently 25 runners registered for the event of which 9 will run the 55km course, 14 the 21km course and 2 the 10km route.

We would love to attract more runners and if you are relatively new to running, we highly recommend the 10km option which is also a walkable distance.

This is a great way to get the family involved, get fit and give back. The run will be ending at one of the homes supported by KIWL in the past and they will be participating again this year.
