Thank you so much for your donation to our ongoing projects alongside Indigenous women in Guatemala.
Through our sister organization, Asociación de Mujeres del Altiplano (AMA), we are continuing to provide clean-burning stoves, job options and training through our weaving cooperative Pixan, and peer-to-peer counseling. AMA in Spanish, as ama, also means love as an action. We see that love through both the work being done by the organization and the donations we receive to keep it running.
Next week is International Women's Week, and we invite you to join us for GlobalGiving's special matching campaign from Monday, March 8th to Friday, March 12th! Donations up to $50 will be matched 50%, and there are prizes for the most unique donors...so every donation puts us closer to winning additional funding!
Watch our new video below to hear firsthand from a few of our community leaders in Guatemala what AMA has meant to them!
