This project addresses youth unemployment among youth in Kisumu by utilizing an employment social enterprise approach and coaching ensuring successful entrepreneurs from the cohort trained after the project. Participants, comprised of 60 % women and 40 % men will receive tailored mentorship sessions, business development training, and access to networking opportunities, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to build sustainable businesses and achieve financial freedom.
