A big thank you to all our donors who believed in our project and donated their hard earned money to help invest in teen mothers during the March 2018 accelerator
We have started with the project and have so far worked with 20 teen mothers
The 20 teen mothers have been taken through counseling and given extensive education on reproductive health, They have also been given sanitary pads to help them flow clean and hygienic during menstration
They have had skill training in bead making and event decoration for four weeks
We contracted 5 mentors who took them through mentoring.Each mentor had 5 girls each and the mentoring program for the first 20 ended in May
We are still looking for avenues to reach our target of 80,which looks.very positive
