Thank you for being a supporter of our film project, Native American Women. Before you leave the office for the weekend, mark you calendar for October 23rd. Next Wednesday, Global Giving is running a Regional Bonus Day for projects based in North America. This means that for every donation you make, Global Giving will match 30% of your donation. PLUS the project that raises the most money on that day will win an additional $1000 from Global Giving.
As you may remember from our last update, we have big plans for our Native American Women project. Since completing Native Silence, we've submitted the film to several festivals and so far we've been met with success! We are pleased to announce that Native Silence has won an Award of Merit from the Best Shorts Festival and will officially premiere this November at the American Indian Film Festival. As supporters of the film and the project, we owe these achievements to you but there's still much more to be accomplished!
