In this new educational period that is taking place in Nova since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, it is importantnot only to reiterate the commitment to inclusive education, but to make it a true pillar of the academic and integral formation of our children and to participate in the family life of each student, as it was very difficult for parents and representatives to support their children in virtual classes – which left them in many cases without any help.
At Nova, Inclusion is not only the opportunity to learn, it is the central meaning of our existence, therefore, throughout these last 26 years, we have based our concepts of adaptations, discipline and social projections on the child and its family.
We are working with 72 students and approximately 68% of them are inclusion students; today more than ever Nova is working hard for a population group that needs us to be there and include them.
We are organising a series of activities so that these children can continue to count on a school that not only educates, but also trains them for a future of independence and autonomy. Starting in January, we will undertake a series of campaigns that support our objectives of inclusive education and training, for which we will make innovations in our presentation to those who are ready to support our children.
