At Nova we always seek to develop a family environment between the institution and the families of the students; that benefit the development of the educational process and we do it through different experiences that promote inclusion considering the diversity of needs of these families.
Our community during this period of confinement saw the need to take an unplanned turn to teach classes virtually, with the support of educational platforms for sending assignments and communication notes. . This led to the development of innumerable strategies in order to continue with the integral formation of the student with great attention to emotional support and thus comply with the provisions of the ministry that governs us.
It is important to let know that many learnings have been enriched from this new way of teaching, with magnificent experiences of living and sharing, for which the handling of social networks helped a lot. I must also share the great difficulties that have arisen, and that today put our institution and our staff who have worked all this time, in a not so fair situation, because to begin with we have suffered a reduction in salaries to 50% since the month of May and even more the delay in paying them, which is due to the fact that many representatives They have not fulfilled their financial commitments for various reasons such as: being out of work, reducing wages and in many cases they do not think they should, because they have not gone to school, unaware of the effort of those who have assigned work schedules according to the need of the student and his family.
For this, an analysis of their personal situation has been made and the values have been reduced as far as possible to agree with the difficulty and economy of these families. Understanding that without a doubt and with a positive spirit we put our best effort to maintain ourselves and get ahead promoting from our institution to each family of the students, as well as those of teachers and families or people close to our work as Hearts of Gold.
