We have a choice, our choice is hope

As we used to inform you and inform you of the latest developments of our children in terms of mental or physical terms, we always strive to serve the disability community with your support and determination, and here we show you some of the developments that some children have achieved during the past three months.

 

  •    1.Orphan : Suffers from cerebral palsy affecting the lower limbs.

 

Objectives of the session:

Strengthening muscles

Improving balance while sitting and sitting on the knee

Reducing fear and boosting confidence

 

Long-term treatment objectives:

Walking unaided

Stability and balance

 

Changes in a month:

 

Improved balance when walking

Relieve muscle tension

 

Treatment methods used:

Exercise balance movement exercises while sitting

Muscle strengthening exercises.

Walking exercises on the stairs

Walking on the Pra -Bar

 

  • 2.  Ismail: Who suffers from quadriplegic brain paralysis.

 

Objectives of the session: -

Strengthening muscles.

Improving balance (standingon one foot) and visual and critical synergy.

 

Long-term treatment objectives: -

Get a balanced walk with a small base.

 

Changes that occurred within a month:-

Improve balance when walking and relieve rapid random movements.

Muscle strength improves for lower and upper limbs.

Improvement in small muscles in the hand

 

Treatment methods used: -

Walking exercises in tight line loops and corridors.

Balance exercises on the rotating plate of balance.

Strengthening exercises using stairs

  • Fatima :Suffers from increased tone and muscle weakness in the right limbs benefiting from the physiotherapy program by two sessions per week.

 

Objectives of the session: -

Improving balance while sitting

Strengthening back and abdominal muscles

Strengthening the fine muscles of the hands

 

Long-term treatment objectives: -

Stand up and walk

 

Changes that occurred within amonth: -

Better balance and strong back muscles

 

Treatment methods used: -

Exercise balance movement exercises while sitting

Muscle strengthening exercises.

Walking on the walker

  • 4. Sarah : Suffering from catmeow syndrome is a genetic disease defect in chromosome #5 that follows a physiotherapy session per week 

Objectives of the session:

Strengthening muscles, strengthening fine muscles and balancing

 

Long-term treatment objectives:

Strengthening micro muscles

 

Changes that occurred within amonth:

Changes and slight improvement

 

Methods used in treatment:

Balance T

Memory and muscle exercises

 

  • 5. Fatima Hasania:She suffers from quadriplegic cerebral palsy, benefiting from the physiotherapy program, taking two physiotherapy sessions a week.

Objectives of the session: -

Strengthen muscles, relieve pain, increase joint sensation and strengthen precise muscles.

 

Long-term treatment objectives: -

Raise the head and sit down.

 

Changes in a month: -

The head lift improved dramatically and the beginning of sitting.

 

Treatmentmethods used: -

Medical ball exercises.

Exercises to strengthen the lower muscles.

Exercises to strengthen the neck muscles.

Stand-up exercises

  • 6. Baby Judy: Thechild suffers from down syndrome has a slight delay in motor development benefiting from the physiotherapy program at two sessions a week

Objectives of the session: -

Includes strengthening of lower limb muscles

Improving balance

Walk

Long-term treatment objectives: -

Walk

Changes in a month: -

Walking many steps and improving balance

 

Treatment methods used:

Thewalking on the bar

Balance exercises

 

 

  • 7. BabyRaghad: Suffers from cerebral palsy, loose muscles and weak neck muscles.

 

Objectives of the session: -

Includes strengthening of neck muscles and torso muscles.

Joint compression exercises to strengthen muscles.

 

Long-term treatment objectives: -

Get a head lift and control it

 

 

Changes that occurred within a month:-

Improved neck muscles and head control from sleep position on the abdomen

 

ASalib treatment: -

Strengthening exercises, balance, lengthening.

 

  • 8. Baby Jude: Suffers from severe muscle weakness as a result of genetic problems benefiting from the physiotherapy program with a weekly session

Objectives of the session: -

Loosening the muscle tone in the upper extremities

Increase muscle tonein the lower extremities.

Reducing the accumulation of secretions in the lungs

 

Long-term goals:

Keeping joints not deformed

Improving breathing

 

ASalib treatment: -

Joint compression exercises

Moplayzichen exercise (moving joints).

Respiratory exercises and chest treatment

 

  • 9. Baby Anaam:   Suffers fromp.P.in the abdominalmuscles, weakness in the muscles of the lower limbs and irregular balance tightening of the tendon of the foot, benefiting from physiotherapy at two sessions per week

Objectives of the session:

Improving balance.

Strengthening of lower muscles

Strengthening abdominal and back muscles

 

Long-term goals:

Walking properly

 

Changes that occurred during the month:

Significant improvement in abdominal muscles and balance

 

Treatment methods used:

Lengthening exercises

Strengthening exercises

Balance exercises

 

  • 1. Firas Al-Shaalan: Suffers from cerebral palsy that led to a tightening of the lower and upper muscles.

 

Objectives of the session:

Work to relieve muscle tension

Work on balance

Doing lengthening exercises

 

Long-term treatment:

Relieve muscle tightening

Steady walking

 

Treatment methods used:

Strengthening exercises

Walking on the bar and stairs

They used weights.

 

  •  Qusay: Suffers from quadriplegic cerebral palsy benefiting from the physiotherapy program and learning difficulties takes two physiotherapy sessions a week.
  •  

Objectives of the session: -

Lengthening muscles, relieving pain, strengthening muscles, increasing joint sensation and improving balance include improving the functioning of micro muscles (hands) and training in movements from chair to chair/chair.

 

Long-term treatment objectives: -

The ability to stand and balance.

 

 

Changes that occurred within a month: -

Balance improves when a transition is made.

Muscle strength and movement of joints and lower limbs (knee joint, hip) improved.

Stand-by work from sitting position using walker.

Improve bathroom use and move from chair to chair.

 

  • 13.Mahmoud Da'dadra: Suffers from severe respiratory problems as a result of cerebral palsy benefiting from the physiotherapy program at one session per week

Objectives of the session:

Strengthening muscles

Improving breathing

Get rid of accumulated secretions in the lungs

Work to improve and strengthen fine muscles

 

Long-term treatment objectives:

Get rid of secretion accumulation and improve breathing

 

Changes that occurred within a month:

Changes and slight improvement

 

Methods used in treatment:

Excretion exercises in the lungs

Breathing muscle strengthening exercises

Micro muscle exercises

 

We are continuing to work on the development plan, knowing that the work plan changes with the change of the situation and improves it every three months. Thank you
