In 2020, we continued working to improve the reporting process and achieve excellence in the rendering of accounts for the Services and Projects we carry out, noting that referencing the GRI rules allows us to have a standardized record of trajectories, monitoring and especially the evolution of the impacts we generate.
To produce the report, however, it is necessary to listen to the organization's public of interest and this year we have the internal participation of the coordination and management team to define the material aspects and themes that should be reported and named as matters of greatest relevance for stakeholders according to the GRI methodology, are covered in depth on the following pages.
