IBC Gaza Program Updates:
Achievements So Far:
The International Blue Crescent Foundation (IBC) is actively addressing the humanitarian needs resulting from the ongoing conflict in Gaza. Since launching our Gaza Appeal, with the generous support of our donors, we have mobilized resources to deliver:
These efforts have provided vital assistance to 3,000 families.
Mental Health and Psychological Support:
To support the psychological and mental well-being of those affected by the war, we have initiated a two-month MHPSS (Mental Health and Psychosocial Support) project targeting approximately 500 families, primarily in the Southern Governorates of Rafah and Khan Younis. The project offers:
Healthcare Support:
IBC is currently in the process of importing drugs, medical consumables, and equipment to bolster Gaza's health sector, which has been severely impacted by the conflict. Negotiations regarding quantities and clearances are ongoing.
