At the end of the year we thank all the people like you who have allowed us with their donations to ensure that we have been able to help our communities, in the north and northeast of the Sierra de Puebla.
With the support of the churches and parishes of each of the communities, we were able to provide deliveries every week in these communities with essential items: such as water, toilet paper, canned food, blankets.
In this report we will show you some of the people who received help from us.
Currently the local authorities are being responsible for providing the necessary help to return to their homes.
In the first part of our rapid action response, 36 tons of essential items were delivered.
Nine trips were made in this first stage in various communities of the Sierra Norte de Puebla, such as: Zapotitlán de Méndez, Olintla, Cuetzalan, Huehuetla, Jopala, etc.
Our reach was limited because the access roads were destroyed, so we need the support of the churches of the communities so that the people of the affected communities could receive the support as soon as possible.
We will continue to provide food support only for families who require it and can continue with their daily activities.
Our post-contingency work for the communities affected by Hurrican Grace has ended this year, but we invite you to learn more about our work and our projects and if possible share with your family and friends. Together we can go for more families without hunger.
Thank you for being there for the families who faced these difficult times.
