Our overall mission is to provide educational support to orphans and to children of single mothers in Iraq. We do that by providing school supplies, backpacks, school uniforms, and shoes to needy children. Without our support, many of these children would not be able to attend school. In addition to providing supplies, we also provide after-school snacks and tutoring services at our education centers in Basra and Samawa cities and in homes of those children who do not have the means to get to our center. We are currently providing services for 77 children.
Most of our tutoring sessions focus on maths, English, and Arabic writing and reading for elementary and middle school students.
Attached are photos of in-home and classroom tutoring, as well as showing our volunteers distributing clothing and school supplies to our students.
We will continue this program to support our orphaned children. Your donations are most appreciated and most necessary so these children can continue to learn.
