We want to thank you for your support over the past few months! Because of your help, we can continue training teachers and delivering books to schools, working together with local schools to help Indonesian children develop a love for reading.
8 More BookBoxes on their way to Papua
In the past few months, we’ve received several donations for BookBoxes. In addition to these donations, local NGOs have also purchased BookBoxes from us. We are incredibly grateful for this support! Thanks to these efforts, we started 2025 on a positive note by sending 8 BookBoxes to various schools in a remote region of Papua. Each BookBox, containing more than 120 books, will help support reading education in these remote schools. As you may know, Papua remains also a province with a significant need for quality reading education and books. We are grateful that these BookBoxes will make a contribution to improving their situation.
9 More provinces closer to our goal
Last year, we set ourselves the goal of having BookBoxes in all 38 provinces of Indonesia by the end of 2025. Thanks to a generous donation at the end of 2024, we can now add 9 more provinces to our list, bringing us over the halfway mark! We are in contact with various partners in these provinces and hope to start sending out the BookBoxes by the end of this month.
