New experiences

By Jessica | Project

At our school, we are always looking for enriching opportunities that foster the integral development of our students. Recently, we had the privilege of organizing a unique experience: the visit of farm animals to our facilities.

This initiative was not only a source of fun and joy for our students, but also had important pedagogical and therapeutic benefits. Below, we highlight some of the benefits of this experience:

1. Sensory stimulation: Interaction with live animals provides a rich sensory experience, allowing our children to explore unique textures, smells and sounds.

2. Experiential learning: Meeting animals up close and learning about their habits and characteristics helps our students acquire knowledge in an experiential and meaningful way.

3. Emotional development: The presence of friendly and cuddly animals fosters empathy, empathy emotional connection and the development of social skills in our children.

We also carried out a self-care campaign, where we worked on aspects of personal hygiene, organization of personal spaces, care of emotions, and taking responsibility for their objects. This helps the development of the student s autonomy and allows them to have elements to make decisions.
