As you know, I recently had a serious accident that left me unable to work for a period of time. Thanks to your support, I was able to focus on my recovery without having to worry about the financial burden of my medical care. Your contributions also helped to ensure that my family's needs were met during this challenging period.

I am happy to report that I am now on the mend and slowly returning to my full capacity. I am so grateful for your understanding and support during this difficult time.
