Helping 16 low income students return to college

The Daniel Rojas Mora is very happy to report that thanks to our donor’s generous financial support, we have managed to sponsor seventeen young motivated and talented individuals, which have been positively impacted forever, as well as their families and loved ones.

As you know all our beneficiaries come from financially challenged environments and have found themselves in a strain situation as their families have not found access to the necessary resources to keep paying their university tuitions. The Daniel Rojas Mora Foundation sponsors students that have successfully completed half or more of their academic career, but that are facing the above-described lack of financial resources, and hence must abort their studies.

This semester the Daniel Rojas Mora Foundation has sponsored two new students, one of which has certain physical disabilities, and its really challenging for him to get to the University and to get back home every day. Many people around him have advised him to attend a school that is closer to home, even though the education quality is not as good. Yet, he has persisted in his desire to attend the best possible College he has access to and hence he is willing to overcome all the transportation challenges. Since his family was no longer able to keep supporting his studies, the Daniel Rojas Mora Foundation decided to reward his outstanding efforts and to sponsor the rest of his career.

Again, all these wouldn’t be possible if it was not for the generosity of many kind individuals and organizations that support us.
