By CARLOS ROJAS | Director Daniel Rojas Mora Foundation
We are very happy to report that our project is moving in the right direction towards achieving its goal of helping 16 students in challenging economic situation to be able to fund their college studies after successfully completing half of their college careers.
Since our last report, thanks to the kind support of the Panthera Edge Foundation, and of other generous individuals, we have been able to secure the necessary funding to support two new beneficiaries: Andres Villareal, who is studying Systems Engineering and Laura Fandiño, who is studying Production Engineering, both at the EAN University in Bogota, Colombia.
Both of our beneficiaries were in deep need of financial assistance since the current pandemic situation has left their households without the required resources to cover their tuitions. The generous donations of our sponsors will allows to fund 100% of these beneficiaries tuition costs until they graduate.
The Daniel Rojas Mora Foundation was honored by the Rector and Chairman of the EAN University with a recognition ceremony where they expressed their gratitude with the support that the Foundation has given to eight of their students in need of financial resources to carry on with their studies, until they become professionals.
Thank you again for your kind support for this cause.
