Nyambe from Mawani Village in Eastern Province is one of the women empowered to lead her community out of poverty. With training in solar and renewable energy, solar product operations, and handling, Nyambe has become a change leader for her own people.
She is championing the use of clean energy and the displacement of dirty sources of energy in her village. She is earning a decent income while protecting the environment and empowering families in her village.
