Help Youth in Cambodia Keep Their Learning Center!

Hello PEPY friends and family, 

We would love to share a brief update about the Learning Center with you! Your incredible generosity and kindness have given us the amazing opportunity to continue our programs and services in 2022. In one month, we raised close to $14,000 on GlobalGiving and secured a partnership with SE Asia Foundation for $5000! 

With those funds, we will be able to support our program for the next 3 months giving us much more time to reach agreements with additional foundations and funders. At the moment, we are in correspondence with 3 foundations that we hope will result in $55,000-60,000 additional funds to support the team, students, and their community projects. We look forward to sharing our progress with you on an ongoing basis!

Learning Center's Recent Activities: 

• Our 2021 participants just celebrated their Graduation. This was the team's first in-person event we have been allowed to conduct in almost a year. 100% of our students graduated this year, demonstrating their commitment to our program and that our program improvements (faciliation skills and content) have led to increased our retension. 
• Conducted youth panels with government officials to give our youth the opportunity to address the challenges and concerns they discovered in their research and developed potential solutions/community action plans 
• All students completed their post exams with an average exit score of 85%, surpassing our goal for online classes (which was 75%). 

We would like to reiterate that, without you, we would likely not be in a position to open our doors and recruit new youth in January. We hope that during this holiday season you know that you have given our team the greatest gift we could have ever received, the chance to continue doing the work we love and helping more youth reach their dreams.
