Report
Patient Relief Mission (PRM) exist to improve cancer care and management for female patients and their care-givers by providing hostel accommodation transport to and from Uganda cancer institute (UCI) for treatment and three meals a day to those who come from rural areas in order to receive their treatment and who otherwise would have nowhere to stay in the city. PRM was founded with the aim of ending the needless suffering for cancer patients in Kampala, Uganda.
As we informed you, we were granted permission to develop the plot. An opportunity to a have better home for our beloved patients and care taker! As a result of the increasing burden of cancer cases in Uganda.
PRM has been able to come up with a well vanished hostel that is going to offer accommodation to the patients and families suffering from cancer as mechanism of preventing them from sleeping on verandah of Mulago Hospital as they wait for their review dates.
It’s for this reason and purpose we came up with the ideal of starting up care home to improve on quality life of our beloved patient and caretaker.
Success story
We are on wall plate and a lot still needs to be done to make it a complete and better home for our patients, we are in need of Timber, bags of cement, iron bars, iron sheets, windows and doors.
Each one of us can make difference in the lives of this patient and their families.
We are calling upon each of you who would be interested in supporting this cause, you are most welcome.
Prayer requests
We pray that we put this into consideration. May God bless you.
