Educating the Next Generation on Rabbies , Animal Welfare and Kindness
It is a new year and we are excited to share the great things that are happening on the ground. One of our dedicated facilitator , Chris Ngwenya, spent 3 days around Manyeleti Primary schools teaching children about Animal kindness, understanding canine illnesses and the importance of rabies education.
Thanks to these lessons, the students now understand how to take care of their dogs and know who to contact if their pets need help. We were especially thrilled to see many children take the initiative to register their dogs for treatment , adding them to our data base to ensure they receive proper food, medical care and ongoing support'
Over 80 children enthusiastically participated in the classes, and we are excited to expand this program to more communities in the future.
