In 2025, we are excited to announce the expansion of our IT Fundamentals (ITF) class to include hands-on training for older children at children’s homes. Although these children attend public schools, many of those schools lack the resources to teach IT effectively. Our goal is to equip them with essential concepts while making the training fun and interactive, sparking their motivation to explore technology further on their own.
This week, we held our first training session at Care Corner Children's Home, made possible by a generous donation of laptops.
In the first picture, the children proudly show off their mobile phones, displaying the simple mobile app they created during the session. In the second picture, each child presents their own personal website after learning how to build one.
We have two more week-long training sessions scheduled for this month, coinciding with the school holidays.
Thank you for being our partners and helping to equip disadvantaged people with IT skills.
